On September 18th I’m popping to Australia for 2 weeks, and we all know that the dreaded flight is not my favourite.
This blog is jam packed with advice for looking after your skin on flights, and even though I more or less have it down, there’s nothing more satisfying than picking up an extra treat or two.
My newcomers:
- The Body Shop Vitamin C Energising Face Spray £11
- The Body Shop Instablur £14
- Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream £24.00
So far, I love the facial spray, it’s an amazing little pick me up both morning and night, and gives me an extra bit of oomph.
Kiehl’s are the masters of brilliant skincare, and this Ultra Facial moisturising cream is no different – I think the flight will help it prove its worth, but down here on the ground, I need very little, and what seems like a steep price tag, is actually quite reasonable, as I think it’s going to last quite some time.
The Instablur was perfect on my night out, it made my makeup last all night, sadly, it’s a bit rich to use every day, but for special occasions, it’s going to be great. It’s the ideal companion for date night make up looks.
I’ve been using this on an off since last weekend, but I think the real test will be once I’m in the air and all the moisture gets sucked out of my skin! Can’t wait to report back.
Have you used any of these products? What did you think?
I haven’t tried many products from The Body Shop, although I’m a huge fan of facial sprays. I also recommend taking a sheet mask on the plan – it’s no mess and easy to clean up. Happy flying! xx
